Hilton Tallinn Park
Olympic Entertainment Group, Estonia’s largest casino company, built this hotel in 2016 and sold the building weeks later while keeping the casino. The result is a modern 202-room Hilton with a spa and a steakhouse, sitting on top of a 1,600 m² casino that never closes.

Overview
Hilton Tallinn Park opened on 1 June 2016 on the site of the old Park Hotel, developed by Olympic Entertainment Group as the first Hilton-branded hotel in the Baltic states. It has 202 rooms including 27 suites, an executive lounge on the 11th floor, the eforea spa with a 15-metre heated pool, and conference facilities for up to 800. Within weeks of opening, OEG sold the hotel to East Capital for €48 million; the casino stayed with OEG.
The hotel is consistently among Tallinn’s best-rated: Tripadvisor shows 4.6/5 from more than 1,600 reviews and a Travellers’ Choice award for 2026. The casino occupies the ground floor with its own entrance and cocktail bar.

Casino history
Olympic Entertainment Group was founded in Tallinn in 1993 and grew into the leading casino operator in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, listing on the Tallinn stock exchange in 2006. In the 2010s it moved upmarket with “Olympic Park Casino” flagships, and in Tallinn it went a step further by building a hotel around one: the Hilton Tallinn Park, opened in June 2016, with the group’s largest Estonian casino on the ground floor.
OEG sold the hotel building in July 2016 for €48 million but kept operating the casino. In 2018 the group was taken private by Odyssey Europe, a vehicle of Novalpina Capital, for €288 million and delisted. The Tallinn casino has since become the main live-poker venue in the Baltic region.

Editor’s summary
A very good modern Hilton first, a casino second: the rooms, spa and steakhouse would justify a stay without the gaming floor, and the Old Town is an easy walk. The Olympic Park Casino is compact but serious, especially for poker. The 21+ rule catches some visitors by surprise - younger travellers can stay at the hotel but not enter the casino.
