We do not take bookings, hold rooms or quote prices. A reservation inquiry sent here is a request for guidance; the booking itself is made by you with the hotel or a booking service.
Before you write
Every message reaches the editorial team by email, and we answer within two working days, Monday to Friday, CET. If your question is about one of the nine properties, we usually reply with the exact section of the review that covers it and the official link you need. We keep your message only for as long as it takes to answer it, as set out in the Privacy Policy, and we never pass your details to a hotel, casino or booking service unless you ask us to in writing.
What we can help with
